Your donation will help us support our stroke members and continue to develop the club.

Direct donations
You can make a bank transfer direct to our account. Please email us at clubsupervisor@phoenxstrokeclub.org.uk for more details. If you are a UK taxpayer, we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate to us by downloading and filling in the appropriate Gift Aid Declaration Form (here):

Legacy
You might want to consider leaving a legacy in your will. It is recommended a solicitor helps you do this. You will need our charity number (278998), our name (The Phoenix Stroke Club) and address (c/o Forest Community School, Comptons Lane, Horsham, West Sussex, RH13 5NW).
