Capital projects

Although the club house is sited on land owned by the West Sussex County Council the building itself is owned by the Club. Hence our requirement to improve and maintain it.

During the recent past few years donations have paid for a new roof for our Club house, a complete refurbishment of our kitchen, new crockery and replacement dining chairs.

To continue the development of the facilities at the Club we need financial and physical help to maintain our Club house and the equipment used by members.

Projects currently in need of attention are the following:

1.	Replacement front doors	Done

2.	Replacement windows

3.	Replacement fire door

4.	New curtains	Done

5.	Replacement gutters	Progress

6.	Replacement/repair window sills

7.	Audio/visual equipment	Done

8.	Set of stainless steel saucepans	Done

9.	Additional tables

10.	Replacement dining chairs	Done

11.	New table cloths (wipeable)

12.	24 SS place settings of cutlery

(We ought to be able to put a sum beside each of the above items)
